What happens if I lose my pawn ticket?

Not a problem! We don't charge lost ticket fees like most of our competitors. If you are redeeming your item(s), we just need a valid picture ID.

FAQ

How long do I have to repay my loan?

Our original loan term is 30 days, but if you need longer, it's affordable and easy. If at the end of 30 days you need more time, you can pay just the interest due and renew your loan for another 30 days.

What is a pawn?

A pawn is a collateral loan. For example, if you are in need of a $100 loan, you can bring us an item we feel comfortable loaning $100 on. After we fill out the paper work, you leave the item with us and we loan you the $100. You have 30 days to repay us the $100 plus a small fee for loaning you the money. When you pay us back the money, we give you your item back. It's that simple!

How quickly can I get a loan?

If the value of your item(s) is easily identifiable, and you have all the required identification, you will be walking out the door, cash in hand, in as little as 5 minutes.

If I forget to pay my loan will you call me?

You are responsible for paying your loan on time. We are happy to make exceptions and work with you if you contact us.

Who uses pawn shops?

Anyone in need of cash for a brief period, or anyone who wants to sell an item for cash. We loan money on an array of items including but not limited to jewelry, gold, diamonds, firearms, electronics, musical equipment and instruments, power tools, game systems, outdoor gear, DVDs, ATVs, boats, vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, collectibles, and more. There are no loans too big or too small for us.

Is my loan confidential?

Yes! There are state and federal regulations protecting the privacy of your transactions with us. We do, by law, have to report all pawn transactions to local law enforcement agencies to help prevent property crimes and unauthorized pawns.

Are my items safe?

Absolutely! We have state of the art security systems and monitoring 24 hrs a day.
